I absolutely adored the hotel's decoration and general areas. The lobby had a charming vintage touch, with beautiful paintings and cozy seating. The hallways were well-lit and adorned with lovely artwork. It truly felt like walking through a gallery. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for us to navigate. I especially appreciated the wide doorways in the apartments, which allowed my walker to fit through with ease. It was such a relief to stay in a place that catered to our needs.

If I had to suggest one thing for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the children working there. While the staff was friendly and helpful, they seemed a bit busy at times, and it would have been nice to have someone readily available to assist with carrying luggage or offering guidance.

During my recent business trip to Mooloolaba, my director chose Sailport for our accommodation, and I must say it was a great choice. One of the highlights of this hotel is the large, free-form heated swimming pool, which was perfect for taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of work. the hotel's location is fantastic as just about everything you need is in easy walking distance. This made it convenient to explore the area and enjoy a complete relaxing holiday.

One minor issue I encountered during my stay was the level of road noise.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Sailport Apartments. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance. The apartment, though older in style, was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the pool area and BBQ facilities, as well as the attention to detail throughout the apartment, like the different sized frying pans and a spotless under-bed area. We highly recommend this hotel.

A nice size stocked rooms, they are provided with aquarium and amazing views, as for instance. It has amazing location to see The Wharf Mooloolaba. There are pubs and bars close to the hotel.

truly enjoyed the room on higher floors, my bed was very comfy. also, location was particularly good and stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from a friendly aquarium. very attentive and excellent staff who were always there to help.

Reasonably spacious and spotless room provided with nice balcony and aircondition, for instance. Nothing too much trouble, good value.

We loved the comfortable and beautifully furnished apartment with a modern decor. The view of the marina was great and the location was perfect for our bike riding group. Just a short walk to the waterfront cafes and surf club.

The private rooftops give you the perfect escape to be in direct touch with nature. The bedrooms at the back are filled with warm afternoon sun, making it the idyllic spot to relax and unwind. I, as a nature enthusiast, was in awe of the two balconies and water views in every apartment. It truly brought me closer to the beauty of Mooloolaba.

Personally, I found that one feature of Sailport Mooloolaba Apartments didn't fully meet my expectations. However, I understand that others might still enjoy it.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Walking distance to all the key attractions. The apartment was well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen, making it easy to cook our own meals. Plus, the heated pool was a nice bonus, especially in the cooler weather.

While it seemed fine on the surface, upon closer inspection, it was evident that a deep clean was needed. The bathrooms had some ventilation issues, resulting in constant noise, and the main bathroom could have been cleaner.

Situated very close to buses, shopping, beach. Secure and comfortable. We booked here as it was close to where our fishing trip left from and also close to family. Although the trip was cancelled due to rough seas we found plenty to do close by. The unit was very clean and there was a couple of maintenance issues, as soon as my husband mentioned them they were fixed immediately.

We love Sailport and stay there on a regular basis. Karen and Mark are fantastic and they remember us which is lovely. Easy access to some of the besty restaraunts on the coast.

The king-sized master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and having a laundry room and lock-up garage was a great advantage. The secure entry to the complex added an extra layer of protection, and the staff were accommodating and welcoming. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. The pool area and BBQ facilities were great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.
